Terms of use
Last updated: 3 November 2026
1. Scope and provider
These terms govern the use of contacture (contacture.com), an online scheduling service. The provider is Moonfield, Jacek Pola (sole proprietorship), Färberstrasse 27, 8008 Zürich, Switzerland, UID CHE-494.498.230 (“we”). They apply to customers using a contacture account and – where guests are concerned – to people booking an appointment through a booking page.
2. Service
contacture provides customers with booking pages on which guests can see and book available times. Booking pages can be shared as a link or embedded on websites with a script. If a customer chooses to, contacture checks busy times against connected Google Calendars, adds booked appointments there and sends confirmations by email.
We aim for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee any particular availability. Maintenance and outages, including at third parties such as Google or email providers, may temporarily limit the service.
3. Accounts
Accounts are set up by us. Customers keep their credentials confidential and notify us without delay if they suspect misuse. We may temporarily suspend an account in case of misuse, a breach of these terms or a risk to operations.
4. Customer obligations
- Customers are responsible for the content of their booking pages, the appointments they offer and their communication with guests.
- Customers are the controllers of their guests' data; contacture processes this data on their behalf. Customers inform their guests about scheduling in their own privacy policy.
- contacture must not be used for unlawful purposes, unsolicited advertising or to disrupt the service.
5. Guests
Guests book appointments with the respective customer, not with contacture. Any agreement about the appointment itself is made solely between guest and customer. Guests provide accurate information and direct cancellations and changes to the customer.
6. Google data
When a customer connects their Google Calendar, contacture uses the data received from Google solely for scheduling, as described in the privacy policy, and adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The connection can be removed at any time.
7. Fees
Any fees for using contacture are agreed separately with the customer. Use is free of charge for guests.
8. Liability
We are liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence. Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law, in particular for lost profits, missed or double-booked appointments caused by outages at third parties, and for customer content.
9. Termination
Customers can stop using contacture at any time. On request we delete the account and all related data unless statutory retention obligations apply.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We notify customers of changes in good time; the version published on this page applies.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, unless mandatory provisions provide otherwise.
